Schedule and Classes

Members benefit from monthly presentations, an annual Panto and a large scale end of term show.

Older member get to take part in Theatre in Education tours that allow them to visit local schools and perform issue based, thematic shows.

All of our workshops are specially designed to ensure each member gets the most from classes. For our younger members it’s all about creative play, dress up and character – as they get older we focus on stage skills, improvisation, text, comedy and performance. Most of all it’s about having fun and being confident.

Youth Theatre classes cost £14 per month with family discounts and a number of payment methods!

Performance Group

Performance Group is for those who want something a little bit extra. This is a class for those who want to be trained as an actor. You will spend your time working constantly towards performances. Performance group is open only to Youth Theatre members at an additional cost of £30 per term! Non members may audition for a space but will have to pay the full price of £60

Performance Group will start January 2010! New class times are as follows:

PFG Junior - Ages 7-9 Wednesday 4.45pm - 5.45pm

PFG Intermediate - Ages 10-12 Sunday 1.15 - 2.45pm

PFG Senior - Ages 13 + Sunday 5.30p - 7.0pm

The Package

Do you love to sing, dance and act? Do you dream of performing your favourite musical theatre, dance, scene or song on stage? Do you love to perform? Then why not try The package? A brand new class that gives you the chance to learn to sing, dance and act and then perform every eight weeks.

Each eight week block you will learn songs, scenes and dances based around a musical theatre theme and then perform them to an audience in Elmbank Theatre.

The Package will begin again on 22nd January 2010! New themes are out - Book early to avoid disappointment!

Class Times

Thursday     5:30pm - 7:30pm

Cost only £6 for all classes (ten week block £60, can be paid in instalments!)

Adult Musical Theatre

Tuesday           5.30pm-7.00pm

Adult Musical Theatre will begin in January 2010. The show will be announced soon!
