Not forgetting adult musical theatre which premiered the highly successful Little Shop of Horrors in June 2009.
We also work with after schools groups, nurseries and run some of the best Holiday Theatre camps for young people! Not forgetting Fib Parties – we can make your childs birthday memorable with a special themed party!
Where?
Fib run their workshops from their very own studios.
Elmbank Studios was converted in August 2008 to be a wonderful space. It has a conference style theatre, dance studio, music room and individual tuition rooms. The Dance room is ideal for workshops, classes and rehearsals and the Theatre is perfect for all of our shows, conferences and presentations! It also has a radio broadcasting and film editing suite.
Workshops take place throughout the week and at weekends! Full times can be acquired by reading appropriate age range and event that is suitable. See the schedule for more information.
"Fib encourage members to use the arts as a method of learning through various forms. It is a way to communicate *to meet new friends *to perform *to imagine *to dream *to become someone else *to be proud of being just you. It is a way for individuals to have fun and also learn new things. It can be used to help deal with issues *it can be used to give self confidence *to stimulate the mind *to help with a career choice or just a fun way to spend a few hours. Fib will aim to provide a wide range of activities from performance skills to confidence building, Fib extra to voice training, Creative play to storytelling. It will target the needs of the individuals and will create a safe and inspirational environment for them to learn in."
